Ice-Sky ridge of new beginings

A ridge with ice crystals floating in the sky. There is a chamber made of ice at the top of the 50 flights of stairs. It is big enough for a person to lay down in. It looks a bit like a coffin, but without the padding and cover. When the sun sets, and the moon rises, there is saaid to be something special to happen if you bring the key to Ice and Sky with you and place it in the chamber.
